shipping and returns

All Ready-to-Wear orders are to be shipped within 5 business days of purchase.  

By default, all packages will be shipped via USPS and UPS. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a USPS or UPS tracking number so that you can track the progress of your shipment.

All made-to-order products are to be shipped within 3-4 weeks of purchase; a more accurate estimated date of delivery will be provided during the checkout process.  We are not responsible for lost, stolen, damaged or delayed packages once a package has been passed over to a third-party delivery system (i.e. UPS, FedEx, etc).
